1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 115
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 115, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, as follows:
5 on page 1, line 7, after "unless", by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(i) the new vehicle dealer has contacted the vehicle dealer
8 from whom the vehicle was purchased and has confirmed that
9 the person requesting the newly created key is the person who
10 purchased the vehicle or (ii)"; and
11 on page 2, line 4, after "unless", by inserting the
12 following:
13 "(i) the used vehicle dealer has contacted the vehicle
14 dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased and has confirmed
15 that the person requesting the newly created key is the
16 person who purchased the vehicle or (ii)"; and
17 on page 2, line 16, by replacing "new" with "used".
