1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1090
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1090, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to require principals and other appropriate
5 administrative officers of public and nonpublic elementary
6 and secondary schools to report certain criminal offenses.";
7 and
8 in the heading of Sec. 31-9 of Section 10, by inserting "and
9 other appropriate administrative officers" after
10 "Principals"; and
11 in subsection (a) of Sec. 31-9 of Section 10, by inserting
12 "or nonpublic" after "public"; and
13 in subsection (a) of Sec. 31-9 of Section 10, by inserting
14 after "principal" wherever it appears the following:
15 "or other appropriate administrative officer"; and
16 in subsection (b) of Sec. 31-9 of Section 10 by inserting
17 after "principal" the following:
18 "or other appropriate administrative officer".
