1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1090
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1090, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT to require principals of public elementary and
5 secondary schools to report certain criminal offenses."; and
6 on page 1, line 28, by changing "School administrators" to
7 "Principals"; and
8 on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:
9 "elementary or secondary school shall report the occurrence
10 of"; and
11 on page 2, lines 10 and 11, by deleting ", officer,
12 president, or chancellor"; and
13 on page 2, line 15, by deleting ", officer, president, or
14 chancellor".
