1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1090
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1090 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 9, by inserting "certain" before
4 "misdemeanors"; and
5 on lines 11 and 12, by replacing "felony or misdemeanor
6 offense" with the following:
7 "felony offense or a misdemeanor violation of the Illinois
8 Controlled Substances Act, the Cannabis Control Act, Article
9 24 of the Criminal Code of 1961, or Section 6-16 or 6-20 of
10 the Liquor Control Act of 1934"; and
11 on line 18, by inserting "certain" before "misdemeanors"; and
12 on lines 20 and 21, by replacing "felony or misdemeanor
13 offense" with the following:
14 "felony offense or a misdemeanor violation of the Illinois
15 Controlled Substances Act, the Cannabis Control Act, Article
16 24 of the Criminal Code of 1961, or Section 6-16 or 6-20 of
17 the Liquor Control Act of 1934"; and
18 on page 2, line 1, by inserting "certain" before
19 "misdemeanors"; and
20 on line 7, by replacing "felony or misdemeanor offense" with
21 the following:
