AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 467

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 467 as follows:

on page 4, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with "insured. Prior to the implementation of the program, the Secretary shall consider final statements and recommendations of the Uninsured Motorist Verification Advisory Committee regarding alternative verification programs, including, but not limited to, formatting of a verification system."; and

by deleting pages 5 and 6; and

on page 7, by deleting lines 1 through 19.
