2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 467 as follows:

3 on page 7, immediately below line 19, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "(f) This Section shall not apply to vehicles insured under
6 a fleet or any other commercial insurance policy.".
