1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 467
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 467 as follows:

3 on page 7, line 15, after "Section.", by inserting "A
4 private contractor who carries out the Secretary's duties under
5 this Section receiving insurance information or data under this
6 Section shall indemnify and hold harmless any insurance company
7 from which the information or data was received for all claims
8 and damages resulting from an alleged breach of the information
9 or data provided, including, but not limited to, reasonable
10 attorney's fees.".
