2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2475, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 3, on page 1, line 8, by replacing "agencies." with the
5 following:
6     "agencies.
7         (4) This Section does not apply to a telecommunications
8     carrier as defined in Section 13-202 of the Public
9     Utilities Act, or any of its affiliates.".
