1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2475
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2475, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 1, line 9, by deleting "nor"; and

6 on page 2, line 2 by replacing "." with "; nor"; and

7 on page 2, by inserting after line 2 the following:
8             "(c) prohibit or prevent a State's Attorney from
9         denying employment to or discharging from employment
10         any person who has been convicted of any criminal
11         offense.".
