3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 4, by replacing "Corrections and the
5 Department of Juvenile Justice." with the following:
6     "Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice.
7         (3) This Section does not apply to law enforcement
8     agencies.".
