1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4074
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4074 on page 70,
3 below line 24, by inserting the following:
4 "The dollar limitations on awards under items (1) and (2)
5 do not apply if a patient was scheduled to undergo surgery to
6 amputate one foot and the physician amputated the wrong foot.".
