1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4074
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4074 on page 70,
3 below line 24, by inserting the following:
4 "The dollar limitations on awards under items (1) and (2)
5 do not apply if a patient suffered injury because a physician
6 failed to provide care to the patient because the physician was
7 engaged in sexual intercourse while on duty at a hospital or
8 other medical facility.".
