House Sponsors: SCULLY. Short description: HWY CD-ASPHALT RUBBER STUDY Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall study the feasibility of using asphalt rubber in its road construction projects. Provides that on or before January 1, 2004, the Department shall submit a report of its findings to the Governor and the General Assembly. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Transportation) There will be no fiscal impact to the Department.
