1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 25
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 25 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 12 through 19 with the following:
4 "The Board shall consist of 9 members with 5 appointed by
5 the executive director of the housing authority, 2 appointed
6 by the housing authority's Central Advisory Council, and 2
7 appointed by the housing authority's Senior Advisory Council.
8 The initial terms of the members shall be one, 2, 3, 4, and
9 5 years for the members appointed by the executive director,
10 one and 2 years for the members appointed by the Central
11 Advisory Council, and one and 2 years for the members
12 appointed by the Senior Advisory Council. The"; and
13 on page 1, line 29, by changing "who" to "or body that"; and
14 on page 2, line 7, by deleting "verbally or"; and
15 on page 2, line 8, by deleting "or invitee"; and
16 on page 2, line 8, by deleting "or off"; and
17 on page 2, line 15, by deleting "verbally or".
