1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1158
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1158, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 21, by replacing lines 6 through 12 with the
5 following:
6 "(3) For a livestock management facility or waste
7 handling facility serving 50 or greater but less than
8 1,000 animal units, the minimum setback shall be 1/4 mile
9 from the nearest occupied non-farm residence and 1/2 mile
10 from the nearest populated area.
11 (3.5) For a livestock management facility or waste
12 handling facility serving 300 or greater but less than
13 1,000 animal units, the minimum setback shall be 1/4 mile
14 from the nearest occupied farm residence.".
