1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3852
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3852 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by
5 adding Section 6.5 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 1505/6.5 new)
7     Sec. 6.5. Lifeguard minimum wage. Subject to
8 appropriation, the Chicago Park District shall pay to each of
9 the District's employees working as a lifeguard a wage of not
10 less than $20 an hour, regardless of the age of the employee.".
