1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3773
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3773 on page 7,
3 line 17, by replacing "analyzing a person's behavior" with
4 "predicting outcomes"; and

5 on page 19, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
6         "(1) When using predictive data analytics to make
7     employment decisions, an employer may not consider, as
8     part of the predictive data analytics tool,"; and

9 on page 20, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with "support an
10 inclusive and diverse workforce.".
