2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3773 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 16 and 17 with "means the use of machine
4 learning algorithms for the purpose of analyzing a person's
5 behavior or characteristics."; and

6 on page 19, by replacing line 19 with "the applicant's
7 biographical information, such as race or zip code, when used
8 as a proxy".
