1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2214
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2214 by replacing
3 line 21 on page 1 through line 8 on page 2 with the following:
4 "The Department shall report its findings to the General
5 Assembly on an annual basis beginning on January 1, 2024. The
6 Department shall file an annual report no later than the 60th
7 day of the year following each reporting period. A SNAP
8 recipient's personally identifiable information shall be
9 excluded from the reports consistent with State and federal
10 privacy protections. Each annual report shall also be posted
11 on the Department's official website.".
