1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2214
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2214 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 12 through 14 with "method, the Department
4 shall refer the matter to the State's Attorney who has
5 jurisdiction over the alleged theft or fraud and shall provide
6 any assistance to that State's Attorney in the prosecution of
7 the alleged theft or fraud.".
