1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1717
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1717 on page 5,
3 immediately below line 2, by inserting the following:

4 "(h) Upon a final judgment or dismissal of all lawsuits
5 concerning real estate for which a transfer has been requested,
6 the Department shall transfer that real estate, provided that
7 it meets the other requirements of this Act.".
