| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1717 on page 5, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 2, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "(h) Upon a final judgment or dismissal of all lawsuits | ||||||
| 5 | concerning real estate for which a transfer has been requested, | ||||||
| 6 | the Department shall transfer that real estate, provided that | ||||||
| 7 | it meets the other requirements of this Act.".
