2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3716 on page 2,
3 line 15, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 2, line 18, by replacing the period with "; and"; and

5 on page 2, by inserting below line 18 the following:
6         (10) one member representing the county engineers
7     appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of
8     Representatives.".
