1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2477
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2477, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 7, by inserting below line 12 the following:
5 "(k-7) The Illinois Department of Transportation shall
6 review all accidents occurring at intersections monitored by
7 automated traffic law enforcement systems. If the Department
8 determines that accidents have occurred at the intersection due
9 to the presence of an automated traffic law enforcement system,
10 the automated traffic law enforcement system shall be removed.
11 The Department shall promulgate rules for the enforcement of
12 this subsection.".
