3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the

6 "Certificate Fee Revolving Fund is not subject to
7 administrative charge transfers authorized under Section 8h of
8 the State Finance Act from the Teacher".
