Amend House Resolution 1059 on page 2, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following: "inspectors; one member appointed by an association representing architects; one member appointed by an association representing professional engineers; one member representing structural engineers; and one member representing the predominant model code organization in Illinois; and be it further".
