AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2637

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2637 on page 3, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:

"(a) Beginning January 1, 2028, a person or entity shall not sell, deliver, distribute, hold, or offer for sale a food product for human consumption that contains any of the following substances:"; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 15 through 19; and

on page 3, line 20, by replacing "(c)" with "(b)"; and

on page 3, line 20, by deleting "or (b)"; and

on page 4, line 1, by replacing "(d)" with "(c)".
