Instructions

The Committee Witness Slips application replaces the paper witness slips previously used by individuals seeking to testify on legislation and/or subject matter in House committees. Upon the creation of your witness slip the committee clerk will have access to the virtual witness slip stating the testimonies and positions on the legislation and/or subject matter for the hearing selected.

1. Click "Hearings" above to view a list of committee hearings for the current week.
2. Click on the hearing you are interested in to view the subject matter and list of legislation for that specific hearing.
3. Click on the "Witness Slip" button next to the item you wish to create the witness slip for.
4. Finally, fill out the Witness Slip providing the required information and click the "Create Witness Slip" button.
