AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 215

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 215 as follows:

on page 12, immediately below line 6, by inserting the following:

"The status and rights of the employees and the State or its transferring agencies under the Personnel Code, the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, applicable collective bargaining agreements or under any pension, retirement, or annuity plan shall not be affected by this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.".
