AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2393 on page 3, by replacing line 5 with "county has prohibited a poker run key location from being located within the county's boundaries under this subsection. The"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with "date of application. A county may, by a vote of two-thirds of the members of the governing board, pass an ordinance prohibiting a poker run key location from being located within the county's boundaries.".
