Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides for the restoration of rights or easements of access, crossing, light, air, and view from, to, and over certain land in Kendall County, Woodford County, Grundy County, Macoupin County, and Lawrence County, Illinois and restores certain land to the Department of Transportation. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the engrossed version of the bill and makes the following change: authorizes the conveyance of certain land from the Department of Human Services to the Kankakee River Valley Forest Preserve District. Authorizes the Director of Veterans' Affairs to convey certain real property in Kankakee County to the Manteno Fire Protection District.
