Provides that no person may operate a truck on a public highway while the open bed of that vehicle is occupied by a person younger than 18 years of age. Provides that a person who operates a vehicle or causes a vehicle to be operated in violation of the provision is guilty of a petty offense punishable by a $25 fine.
