REITZ. 105 ILCS 5/22-23.5 new 30 ILCS 805/8.26 new Amends the School Code. Provides that any building located on public school grounds that contains physical plant operations, other than a building in which school is taught or school activities are conducted or a building that contains administrative or other offices, must be surrounded by a fence. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective July 1, 2002.
