1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2235
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2235 on page 3,
3 line 16 by changing "15" to "17"; and
4 by replacing lines 27 through 33 on page 3 and lines 1
5 through 13 on page 4 with the following:
6 "that serve more than 500,000 and fewer than 1,500,000
7 customers in this State;
8 (5) one member agreed upon by gas public utilities
9 that serve 1,500,000 or more customers in this State;
10 (6) one member designated by the Illinois Energy
11 Association to represent combination gas and electric
12 public utilities;
13 (7) one member agreed upon by the Illinois
14 Municipal Electric Agency and the Association of Illinois
15 Electric Cooperatives;
16 (8) one member agreed upon by the Illinois
17 Industrial Energy Consumers;
18 (9) three members designated by the Department to
19 represent low income energy consumers;
20 (10) two members designated by the Illinois
21 Community Action Association to represent local agencies
22 that assist in the administration of this Act;
23 (11) one member designated by the Citizens Utility

1 Board to represent residential energy consumers;
2 (12) one member designated by the Illinois Retail
3 Merchants Association to represent commercial energy
4 customers; and
5 (13) one member designated by the Department to".
