1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2235
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2235, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, Sec. 13, by inserting after the second
4 paragraph of subsection (k) the following:
5 "This Section is repealed effective December 31, 2007
6 unless renewed by action of the General Assembly. The General
7 Assembly shall consider the results of the evaluations
8 described in Section 8 in its deliberations.".
