1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2017
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2017, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, as follows:
5 on page 1, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
6 ""Cigarette" means that term as defined in Section 10 of
7 the Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act, which includes
8 roll-your-own tobacco."; and
9 on page 2, by deleting lines 6 and 7; and
10 on page 2, line 26, by replacing "tobacco products" with
11 "roll-your-own tobacco"; and
12 on page 2, line 27, by replacing "are" with "is"; and
13 on page 2, line 29, by replacing "those tobacco products"
14 with "the roll-your-own tobacco"; and
15 on page 3, line 2, by replacing "tobacco products" with
16 "roll-your-own tobacco"; and
17 on page 22, line 16, by replacing "tobacco products" with
18 "roll-your-own tobacco (as that term is used in Section 10 of
19 the Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act)"; and
20 on page 22, line 19, by replacing "tobacco products" with
