1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 945
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 945, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate amendment
4 1, on page 1, line 10 by replacing "results" with
5 "certificates of nomination"; and
6 On page 1, line 11 by replacing "results" with "certificates
7 of nomination"; and
8 On page 1, line 14 by replacing "results" with "certificates
9 of nomination"; and
10 On page 1, by inserting immediately after line 15 the
11 following:
12 "All caucus certificates of nomination filed by persons
13 waiting in line as of 8:00 a.m. on the first day for filing,
14 or as of the normal opening hour of the office involved on
15 such day shall be deemed filed as of 8:00 a.m. or the normal
16 opening hour, as the case may be.; and
17 On page 1, line 16 by replacing "results" with "certificates
18 of nomination"; and
19 On page 1, line 18 by replacing "9:00 a.m." with "8:00 a.m.";
