1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1050
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1050, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, in the introductory clause, after "10-28,", by
4 inserting "22-27,"; and
5 in Section 5, immediately below Sec. 10-28, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(105 ILCS 5/22-27 new)
8 Sec. 22-27. Sharing information on school lunch
9 applicants; consent. Before an entity shares with the
10 Department of Public Aid information on an applicant for free
11 or reduced-price lunches under Section 2-3.131, 3-14.29,
12 10-28, or 34-18.22 of this Code or Section 10 of the School
13 Breakfast and Lunch Program Act, that entity must obtain, in
14 writing, the consent of the applicant's parent or legal
15 guardian.".
