2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 901 on page 1, line
3 22, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "For purposes of this Section, an employee of an Illinois
5 college or university is deemed to include a person who is
6 employed within any of the 4 divisions of the Department of
7 Natural Resources under the authority of the Board of Natural
8 Resources and Conservation (Waste Management and Research
9 Center, Illinois State Water Survey, Illinois State
10 Geological Survey, and Illinois State Natural History
11 Survey).".
