Requires that every can, bottle, or other container of apple juice sold in this State be labeled to indicate whether the apple juice in the container is pasteurized or unpasteurized. Effective immediately. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE In the opinion of DCCA, HB 2016 fails to create a State mandate under the State Mandates Act.
