Provides that a peace officer shall not be interrogated without written notice of his or her rights under the Act, delivered in person or by certified mail no less than 3 days before the interrogation, unless this requirement is waived by the officer. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Ill. State Police) There would be fiscal impact from HB1321 on the State Police. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE In the opinion of DCCA, HB1321 fails to create a State mandate under the State Mandates Act.
