Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure to authorize  Kane  County  to      
   use   quick-take   eminent  domain  power  to  acquire  the  necessary      
   right-of-way to complete the improvement of  Kane  County  Highway  34      
   (Randall  Road)  from  its  intersection with Illinois Route 72 to the      
   Kane-McHenry county line.  Also  makes  revisory  changes.   Effective      
   immediately.
