JACOBS. 105 ILCS 230/5-50 Amends the School Construction Law. Provides that if a school district is required by law to submit a school construction project or its financing to a referendum, the referendum may be held either before or after the State Board of Education has approved district's application and issued a grant entitlement for the school construction project grant.
