1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1878 as follows:
3 on page 17, by replacing line 3 with the following:
4 "project as defined in Section 3 of that Act;
5 (59) For a period of 3 years after the effective
6 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the Village of
7 Rosemont for the acquisition of property located within
8 the following tax increment financing redevelopment
9 districts of the Village of Rosemont: (i) Rosemont
10 Redevelopment Plan and Project, as amended, (ii)
11 Higgins-Mannheim Redevelopment Plan and Project, as
12 amended; and (iii) River Road Redevelopment Plan and
13 Project, as amended;
14 (60) for a period of 3 years after the effective
15 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the Village of
16 Franklin Park, for the acquisition of property for a
17 parking lot, the property being described as follows:
18 THAT PART OF LOT 3 IN ASSESSORS DIVISION OF PART OF THE
19 SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 12,
20 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BOUNDED AND
21 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF A
22 LINE 33 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF
23 SAID SECTION 22 AND A LINE 33 FEET NORTH OF AND PARALLEL
