3 line 28, by replacing "setting" with "living situation
4 setting"; and
5 on page 4, by replacing lines 12 through 18 with the
6 following:
7 "other persons having direct contact with eligible adults; or
8 (9) a person who performs the duties of a coroner"; and
9 on page 6, line 20, after "legal," by inserting "financial,".
