1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1835
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1835 on page 1,
3 line 21, after "by" by inserting "licensed"; and
4 on page 2, line 4, by replacing "caretaker" with "caregiver
5 caretaker"; and
6 on page 3, line 2, by deleting "or "reporter""; and
7 on page 4, line 28, after "by" by inserting "licensed"; and
8 on page 9 by replacing line 23 with the following:
9 "Sec. 4.2. Testimony by mandated reporter and
10 investigator. Any mandated reporter who makes a report or
11 any person who"; and
12 on page 9, line 27, by replacing "person" with "mandated
13 reporter".
