Amend Senate Bill 1279 on page 1, 3 line 18, by inserting "sanctions for violations of the Code 4 of Campaign Conduct," after "writing,"; and 5 on page 1, by replacing lines 26 through 31 with the 6 following: 7 "The Governor or the Governor's designee shall promulgate 8 rules to establish the composition and the duties of the 9 Advisory Committee. The Governor or the Governor's designee 10 shall make appointments to the Advisory Committee. The 11 powers of the Advisory Committee shall include, at a minimum, 12 the ability to impose the sanctions authorized by rule. Each 13 State agency shall file an annual report that sets forth (i) 14 the total amount of money contributed to each qualified 15 organization and united fund through both payroll deductions 16 and cash contributions, (ii) the number of employees who have 17 contributed to each qualified organization and united fund, 18 and (iii) any other information required by the rules. The 19 report shall not include the names of any contributing or 20 non-contributing employee. The report shall be filed with 21 the Advisory Committee no later than March 15 of each year 22 for the solicitation period immediately proceeding the 23 report.
