1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 895
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 895, on page 1,
3 line 19, by inserting after "location" the following:
4 "with an intent to discriminate against a resident or
5 residents of that location"; and
6 on page 1, lines 20 and 21, by changing "Class A misdemeanor"
7 to "petty offense for which the offender shall be fined an
8 amount of at least $25 but not exceeding $500 for each
9 violation".
