2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 859 on page 1, in
3 line 30, after "individual.", by inserting the following:
4 "The definition of "personal care" as used in this subsection
5 shall not otherwise be construed to negate the requirements
6 of this Act or its rules.".
