1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 805
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 805 on page 26,
3 line 1, by replacing "debtor" with "debtor at a licensee's
4 office"; and
5 on page 26 by replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
6 "Sec. 11.5. Examination of licensee. The Director at
7 any time, either in person or through an appointed
8 representative, may examine the condition and affairs of a";
9 and
10 on page 26 by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
11 "debtor counseled, provided the average initial counseling
12 fee does not exceed $30 per debtor for all debtors counseled;
13 and
14 (2) additional fees at the completion of the initial
15 counseling services which shall not exceed $50 per month,
16 provided the average monthly fee does not exceed $20 per
17 debtor for all debtors counseled. The"; and
18 on page 29, line 33, by changing "month" to "quarter"; and
19 on page 30 by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
20 "The majority of members Each member shall be active in a
21 debt familiar with and associated in the field of Financial
22 Planning and management or consumer credit counseling
